Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

Please note that opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.
